They are on a mission to build a best-in-class international marketing organization. With functions spanning creative and marketing, strategy, consumer insights, and marketing operations, the team enables and activates marketing initiatives across the entire Snap Inc. ecosystem.
We're looking for a B2B Marketing Lead in the UK, based in our London office. In this role, you'll work closely with the UK Marketing team, and partner with Creative, Product, Comms, Sales, and Insights teams in EMEA to build and execute marketing programs which grow Snap's business goals across revenue, community and AR. This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing, who is also based in London. This role is an individual contributor role - but requires a significant degree of influence to ensure outcomes are achieved for the market.
What you'll do:
+ Lead key pillars within the UK B2B marketing strategy, focusing on engaging advertisers, agencies, and industry partners to grow Snap's business in the market
+ Develop and execute marketing programs that communicate Snap's value proposition for advertisers and agencies through innovative brand campaigns, thought leadership, case studies, workshops, and industry events
+ Design and lead flagship B2B event programmes - from industry conferences to bespoke client experiences - that position Snap as an innovator, deepen relationships with advertisers and agencies, and drive commercial impact
+ Partner with Sales, Creative Strategy, Product Marketing, and Comms to design integrated campaigns that highlight Snap's unique offering in AR, community, and creative solutions
+ Create compelling advertiser success stories and localised content that demonstrates ROI and the effectiveness of Snapchat campaigns in the UK market
+ Build strategic partnerships with agencies, industry bodies, and event organisers to amplify Snap's B2B presence and thought leadership in the UK advertising ecosystem
+ Collaborate with EMEA Marketing peers to adapt global B2B programs for the UK market and share best practices across region
+ Use insights and market intelligence to inform campaign planning and provide feedback to leadership on opportunities to strengthen Snap's advertiser positioning.
+ Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of B2B marketing initiatives to ensure they drive business outcomes and deliver against Snap UK's revenue goals

+ Strong experience managing marketing programs end-to-end - from strategic planning through to execution, measurement, and optimization

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing for Beano Studios, the B2B Marketing and Communications Manager will set and deliver the annual strategic marketing plan for our B2B services, with a focus on our insight agency, Beano Brain. Taking the lead in telling our B2B stories across channels, the B2B Marketing and Communications Manager will work closely with our commercial teams to drive awareness and consideration of our B2B services to deliver new business and deepen relationships and engagement with our client roster.

As the Marketing Campaigns Manager you'll work closely with the global campaign teams, the EMEA Field Marketing team and key regional stakeholders to ensure campaigns run smoothly and achieve their goals. We are looking for candidates who can help define successful campaign strategies and plans to support the achievement of the EMEA objectives, and ensure all aspects of the campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
You'll be responsible for creating and managing EMEA campaign timelines and budgets, coordinating logistics for campaign elements, motivating local teams and communicating with key stakeholders across the region.
**Responsibilities:**
Increase target accounts awareness and engagement through:
+ Co-ordinate regional execution / delivery of centrally created global programs; co-ordinate efforts across various channels and teams
+ Localised delivery of global campaigns
+ Gather and advocate regional requirements in globally managed programs
+ Assess regional timelines and help co-ordinate local execution of campaign components, including webinars in local time zones (and/or with local speakers)
+ Manage localisation / translation process
+ Monitor campaign performance for EMEA, and analyze data to improve strategies.
Expanding the scope of local initiatives and co-ordination implementation across EMEA
+ Facilitate the sharing of best practices and increase scope of country specific initiatives that can be expanded pan-EMEA or even WW
+ Create and execute pan-EMEA campaign initiatives
+ Manage and monitor always-on email nurture programs across the region
+ Co-ordinate support for sales campaigns
+ Support Field marketing in building and driving high intent strategies
Monitor engagement / inbound leads to maximise channel ROI
+ Drive awareness of digital programs and impact across EMEA
+ Provide regular reports showing engagement at account level and review how to adapt the approach to maximise ROI
+ Partner with SDR team to monitor and ensure campaign lead follow up
Optimise processes and maximise impact
+ Provide intent reports to EMEA teams to help prioritise
+ Help with data quality, segmentation and targeting
+ Help improve processes
**What will help you succeed**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business administration or communications or related fields
+ Proven prior experience in campaign management ideally within a IT/Tech company
+ Able to analyze campaigns data to measure effectiveness and take corrective actions as and when required.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration, and high level of attention to detail
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
+ Proficiency in use of marketing tools and software
+ The ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
+ Creativity and problem solving aptitude
+ Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-pace environment
