About the role:

Are you detail-oriented, highly organised and looking to take the next step in your marketing career? We're looking for an ambitious Marketing Coordinator to join our team at IR Media Group.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll play a vital part in executing marketing campaigns across our entire portfolio, including content, research, events and subscriptions.

You'll coordinate and help lead marketing activity across the IR Impact and Governance Intelligence brands, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and optimized for impact.

Main duties and responsibilities:

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in coordinating the delivery of multi-channel campaigns.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Coordinating and scheduling email marketing activity, including the creation of templates and campaign assets
  • Writing engaging copy across platforms, including email, social media, flyers and other marketing materials
  • Managing organic and paid social media activity across LinkedIn and other channels
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather content, imagery and assets for campaigns
  • Measuring and reporting the performance of all marketing activities
  • Engaging with our community across LinkedIn and other digital channels
  • Supporting project timelines to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on schedule
  • Researching trends and sharing ideas to improve marketing performance
  • Assist with building and managing mailing lists using the CRM
  • Actively contributing to team and project meetings with ideas, feedback and suggestions

What we're looking for:

  • At least two years of experience coordinating end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign planning and execution
  • Degree level or equivalent in marketing, business or related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong copywriting and project management skills
  • Clear communicator – written and verbal
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects independently
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Spotler, Dot Digital, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Experience using CRM systems, social media platforms and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Basic design skills (experience with Canva or similar tools a plus)
  • Awareness of current B2B marketing trends and best practices
