Role Overview
We are seeking a London-based B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager on a limited company basis to drive BON CHARGE's growth across the UK. This role will focus on building strategic partnerships with spas, hotels, department stores, wellness clinics, and other premium outlets, securing placement and integration of BON CHARGE products. The successful candidate will have strong networks in hospitality, retail, and wellness, and be confident leading B2B sales conversations from outreach to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and target premium B2B opportunities (spas, luxury hotels, wellness/biohacking clinics, gyms, department stores).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners across London and the UK.
Sales Execution
- Pitch BON CHARGE products and solutions to decision-makers in hospitality, wellness, and retail sectors.
- Deliver against agreed revenue and placement targets.
- Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline, sales activity, and performance metrics.
Brand Integration & Activation
- Work with partners to ensure BON CHARGE products are showcased in premium ways (e.g., in-spa treatments, in-room hotel experiences, retail floor displays).
- Collaborate with the Wellness Events Manager and PR Manager to align B2B partnerships with activations and media opportunities.
Market Insights
- Provide regular feedback on UK market trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities.
- Share insights with the Global Sales & Partnerships team to refine strategy.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in B2B sales or partnerships, ideally within wellness, beauty, hospitality, luxury retail, or health-tech.
- Strong network of contacts across UK spas, hotels, wellness clinics, gyms, and department stores.
- Proven track record of securing and scaling B2B partnerships with measurable revenue impact.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently build out a new B2B vertical.
- Passion for wellness, biohacking, and premium lifestyle experiences.
Other Requirements
- Must be London-based with ability to attend in-person meetings and site visits.
- Flexible to travel within the UK for partner engagement.
