The role is working within a high security hospital with a mental facility, so candidates must complete a DBS prior to starting.
The role will be completing reactive &PPM's across the site, adhering to site health & safety, escorting surveyors across the site, we would be looking for candidates looking to start within the role and looking to progress.

- Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and statutory building compliance.
- Full UK driving licence required.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £35,000 /A pro rata , depending on experience, plus 22 days holiday (pro rata), rising to 25 days with length of service, on-site parking, company pension, and more!
This role is part-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 22.5 per week across three days.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, your responsibilities will include:
