ELECTRICAL MECHANICAL ENGINEER - ROCHDALE AREA
Are you an experienced Electrical Service Engineer, looking for a new role with a growing company, that puts its people first?

Our client started out 40 years ago and have grown to be the European market leader in their field.
They are looking for Electrical Service Engineers to join their team to service and maintain three phase electrical industrial material handling equipment for their own customer's commercial, industrial, public sector and blue-chip customers as well as their own large hire fleet.
The role will be based out of the Heywood depot and would suit someone with a background in industrial motors and associated switch gear, but other roles would be considered including mechanical roles who wish to upskill.
It will also include travel to sites across the UK.
Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
45k Basic plus overtime at 1.5 time
OPTIONAL - 1 week working away in every 5
4 nights all accommodation and travel covered paid at 70 for every night away
Workshop based with occasional day-based travel, being back home that day.

* Servicing systems utilising your knowledge of systems and equipment.

* Preparation of service work utilising organisational skills.
* Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates.
* Travel to sites across the UK.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Be reliable, trustworthy, self-motivated with the ability to work alone as well as in a team.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
* Work closely with the planning team, ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly.
* Hold a full UK driving Licence.
* Genuine interest in Engineering, experienced or with qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience in servicing and or installation of industrial machinery is required.

- Deep understanding of relevant industry standards (WIMES, DWI) and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Chartered Engineer status with IMechE or equivalent (or demonstrable equivalent experience and capability).
