+ Surveillance Analytics team within Corporate Bank (CB) Technology, which provides a holistic view of clients across all businesses and systems globally to a range of key stakeholders in the front office, back office and operations. This team provides a key supporting role in ensuring that Deutsche Bank complies with regulatory commitments.
+ As a member of filtering control data analysis team, conduct data analysis to
+ identify direct or indirect flows from payment systems to transaction filtering system
+ identify the linkage between payment and filtering records
+ Review published filtering requirement documents and connect with respective payment systems to identify the filtering eligible transactions
+ Write SQL queries to capture and validate the linkage and eligibility logic
+ Create technical documentation for linkage and eligibility logic, SQL queries, assumptions made, source documentation references etc.
+ Address queries/doubts from the control development team
+ Support the investigation of reported recon exceptions. Identify false exceptions and enhance the control logic to address false exceptions.

Retail Banking Team (Senior Lawyer- full time applications only)
- We are looking for a senior lawyer to support with retail banking and payments matters on an interim basis.
- You will join the Retail & Commercial Legal team and provide legal advice and support across the whole range of retail banking and payments matters, from product launches and development through to support with identification and management of any areas of non-compliance across our existing product set.
- You will have financial services experience with a particular focus on retail banking and payments.
SME Banking Team- 2 Lawyers (Senior and Mid-Level - full-time and part-time applications welcome)
- We are looking for a senior and a mid-level lawyer with in-house and private practice experience in SME banking.
- You will join the SME banking legal team reporting to the SME banking, Treasury and Lending Head of Legal.
- You will support the SME banking business and other stakeholders handling day to day legal and regulatory matters, special projects and product launches.
- You will advise on legal and regulatory matters, assess legal risk, and draft terms and conditions.
- Experience in retail lending matters is a bonus (but not necessary).
- Technical excellence with good commercial sense is a must.
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively and thrive in fast-paced environments.
