  • Proven experience as a Lead Mixologist or Bar Manager in a high-volume, premium establishment.
  • Exceptional mixology skills with a deep understanding of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail creation.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and P&L analysis.
  • Knowledge of licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
  • Creativity and a passion for innovation in beverage programs.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • A flair for presentation and attention to detail.
  • Relevant hospitality management qualifications or certifications are desirable.
