This isn’t your average General Manager role. We’re after someone who feels the pulse of this place - who sees the legacy in its walls and the opportunity to make it legendary again. Bold, charismatic, and ready to rewrite the story of nightlife here.

- Guest experience curator : Champion 5-star, memorable magic moment from first touch (social media, bookings) to last drop.
- Hands-on execution : You won’t just lead from the desk — you’ll be on the floor or behind the bar in the trenches when the team needs a hand.
- Brand steward : Fuse The Cocktail Club ethos (fun, bold, inclusive) with your own stamp to make this venue truly unique.
What We’re Looking For (You, Maybe?)
- Proven track record as a General Manager (or senior leadership role in a high-volume bar, nightclub or premium venue).
- Deep understanding of cocktail culture, bartending, mixology trends, and late-night bar operations.
- Strong commercial acumen - P&L, forecasting, cost controls, margins.
- A visionary - someone unafraid to experiment, to make nights feel distinct and magnetic.
- Excellent leadership, team building, coaching, mentoring skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, solve problems fast, make decisions with confidence.
- Passion for people, hospitality, and creating unforgettable magic moments.
- Compliance-savvy (licensing, health & safety, risk, legal).
- Strong communication skills.
