The Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our US retail supply chain. Based in the UK but working US hours , you will manage the flow of products from Asia and the UK into the US market, overseeing 3PL partners, ensuring smooth retailer supply, and supporting our ambitious launch schedule.
This is a unique chance to work directly with some of the biggest names in US retail and help shape the businesses international supply chain operations as we continue to expand across North America.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage day-to-day supply chain operations for the US market, including purchase orders, stock forecasting, and inventory management .
- Act as the primary supply chain contact for Walmart, Target, Walgreens, CVS , and future retail partners.
- Coordinate product flow from Asia (China/Thailand) and the UK to US warehouses and retailers .
- Oversee 3PL operations and ensure on-time delivery to major retailers.
- Support new product launches (including upcoming high-profile partnerships) and manage retailer onboarding for new listings.
- Work closely with the wider operations team in the UK and consult with our US-based colleagues.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment — sometimes requiring flexibility to work weekends when shipments land.
- Report directly into the Head of Supply Chain, with visibility across the leadership team.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong supply chain/operations experience in a retail or FMCG environment
- Proven experience managing supply to major US retailers — especially Walmart and Target.
- Confidence working across time zones and willingness to align with US business hours .
- Hands-on, proactive approach — comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a scaling business.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Supplier & Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supplier lifecycle—from onboarding and compliance to logistics coordination, performance management, and optimisation.
This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll work closely with Infrastructure, Finance, Legal, and Deployment teams to ensure we have the right partners, contracts, and systems in place to support Nscale’s global expansion. You’ll bring structure and strategy to how we source, track, and scale supplier relationships.
What You’ll be Doing
Supplier Management & Procurement
- Lead the onboarding, evaluation, and contracting of suppliers across key categories (hardware, logistics, data centre services, infrastructure partners).
- Maintain a central supplier database, including contract trackers, performance records, and compliance documentation.
- Develop and maintain supplier scorecards and performance frameworks to monitor service quality, cost efficiency, and delivery reliability.
- Partner with Legal and Finance on contract reviews, NDAs, payment terms, and risk management.
Logistics & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate cross-border logistics for infrastructure shipments, including lead time management and delivery tracking.
- Work closely with Infrastructure and Deployment teams to ensure suppliers meet project and programme timelines.
- Manage escalations, service recovery, and contingency plans for supplier delays or failures.
- Track order statuses, inventory movements, and supply dependencies to support operational planning.
Process & System Development
- Design and optimise scalable procurement and supplier management processes, policies, and workflows.
- Evaluate and implement supply chain systems and tools to increase visibility and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Business Operations and Planning teams to align supplier capabilities with growth and scaling requirements.
- Contribute to forecasting and scenario planning by providing supply-side insights, risks, and dependencies.
