The Role

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Greet all customers on the counter, offering exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate support and guidance from introduction through to sale, delivering a customer-first approach
  • Recommend products by actively promoting and selling makeup and skincare products
  • Meeting and exceeding your KPIs, including data capture targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell beauty and skincare items to maximise sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales goals
  • Ensure the makeup section is well-organised, clean, and visually appealing
  • Following all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss
  • Confidently communicating with customers and team members, creating a welcoming and joyful store environment

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail position
  • Passionate for makeup and skincare
  • Adaptable and confident with an ever-changing, fast-paced and high-pressured environment
