Chair of Trustee Application Pack
The Chair leads the Board to govern effectively, support the Chief Executive Officer, and ensure Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids' Clubs achieves its mission. They act as an ambassador for the charity, championing children's right to play and the value of Out of School Childcare, while ensuring good governance and clear strategic direction.
Treasurer Application Pack
The Treasurer oversees the charity's finances, ensuring legal and statutory compliance and sound financial governance. They maintain oversight of records, procedures, and internal controls, present financial reports to the Board, and support the organisation's long-term financial sustainability. The Treasurer also identifies financial risks and advises the Board on appropriate actions.
Human Resources Trustee Application Pack
The HR Trustee ensures high standards of governance across HR policies and practices, including recruitment, retention, performance, reward, and staff/trustee development. They provide strategic oversight of workforce planning and wellbeing, assess risks and compliance with changing legal requirements, and advise the Board on resourcing and organisational development in line with the charity's goals.
What We're Looking For

Key Commitments

- Annual strategy session and occasional events.
- Meetings are mainly online, with some in-person sessions in Cardiff, Colwyn Bay, or Crosshands.
