Academics is delighted to be working with a forward-thinking secondary school in Braintree that places a strong emphasis on enrichment and outdoor education . The school is seeking a motivated Rock Climbing Teacher to join their PE and Outdoor Learning team.

This role involves delivering climbing sessions, outdoor physical education, and enrichment activities , while promoting teamwork, resilience, and personal growth in students.

The successful Rock Climbing Teacher will have:

  • QTS in PE (or relevant outdoor instructor qualification such as SPA/RCI)

  • Experience working with secondary-age students

  • A passion for outdoor education and building student confidence

  • Strong classroom and group management skills
