We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager (or similar contractor) with strong experience in IT resource planning and resource management systems . This isn’t about day-to-day project tracking — it’s a chance to design and roll out a new system that will give full visibility of IT resources across multiple projects.

The end goal: a tool that shows the real-time impact of launching a project at any point in time , including heat maps of resource utilisation and pressure points .

What you’ll be doing:
  • p>Lead the design and implementation of a new resource management framework and tool for IT

  • Define and embed processes for resource allocation, forecasting, utilisation and conflict management
