A **Product & Program Manager for Business Intelligence & Data Analytics** at U.S. Bank is customer focused in driving product visioning, planning and development to deliver on our Data Analytic and Reporting strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs.
**As a Product & Program Manager, you will:**
+ Identify, analyze and interpret business needs and requirements for Internal reporting, Self-service tools, Power BI Dashboards and reports.
+ Liaise with Senior leaders in Europe to identify and prioritize product / portfolio opportunities, and establish the product vision, charter and roadmap.
+ Defines product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize Features/Epics and breaks down work into actionable steps to facilitate product discovery, design, development and delivery.
+ Manages the end-to-end product lifecycle and drives the product roadmap leveraging OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
+ Creates the product in conjunction with agile, experience design, technology and risk partners to achieve business and customer outcomes.
+ Understands and cares for the technical features, debt reduction and modernization of the technical product with expertise in the technology required.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Product/Program Management experience in a Technical product or Data engineering environment.
**Preferred Skills/Experience:**
+ Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, key performance indicators, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability.
+ Knowledge of technical aspects of software products, **Particularly Power BI, SQL Server, Azure and Microsoft Fabric platform.**
+ Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities, internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
+ Strong customer centricity to implement strategies and techniques used to ensure that customers have positive experience with the organization's products and services at every touch point.
+ Knowledge of Agile ways of working, knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization's exposure to risks of various kinds; ability to apply knowledge of risk management appropriately to diverse situations.
+ Preferred skills: product strategy, vision and planning, product discovery, product development, channel alignment and management, adoption, customer experience research, insight and execution, agile ways of working, go to market and sales channels, performance measurement and optimization, marketing and analytics, customer centricity.

Delphi Care Solutions is a specialist regulatory compliance consultancy for care and education. Roda BI is our new SaaS analytics + AI product that turns operational/clinical data into proactive insights, early-warning signals, and evidence for improvement across the care sector.

The Role
We’re hiring a hands-on, entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to take charge of Roda BI’s go-to-market strategy, launches, and growth engine.
You’ll bring solid foundations in brand, positioning, and demand generation while also being a super-user of AI tools to automate, optimise, and scale campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & GTM
- Own positioning, messaging, and narrative for Roda BI across care-sector personas.
- Plan and execute tiered launches (Major/Minor/Growth) end-to-end.
- Convert customer insights into benefits-driven campaigns and roadmaps.
- Competitive intelligence & win/loss: maintain battlecards and sales insights.
- Build and deliver sales enablement kits (decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, battlecards, interactive guides).
Demand Gen & Digital Growth
- Design and run demand programs across LinkedIn, paid search, content, SEO, webinars, partnerships.
- Implement AI-powered marketing automation (HubSpot + AI copy, image/video gen, predictive analytics) for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and campaign optimisation.
- Use AI tools to test, personalise, and scale content across multiple channels while measuring impact on pipeline, CAC, and ROI.
- Run ABM programs for priority accounts and partner closely with Sales to accelerate deals.
Traditional Marketing Foundations
- Brand ownership: consistent voice, identity, and campaigns across all touchpoints.
- Content marketing: high-quality case studies, whitepapers, ROI stories.
- Events & community: webinars, roundtables, and sector events that build credibility.
- Manage external agencies/freelancers to extend delivery capacity.
Analytics & Reporting
- Operate an AI-enabled, data-driven marketing stack for automation, attribution, experimentation.
- Report weekly/monthly/quarterly on pipeline £, MQL/SQL/SQO, CAC, LTV/CAC, funnel conversi , launch adoption.
- Own the marketing budget and deliver strong ROI.
Requirements
What You’ll Need To Have:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS/software marketing with proven GTM & product-launch ownership.
- Track record of pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Deep understanding of traditional marketing channels (brand, content, events, PR, SEO/SEM).
- Proven expertise in AI marketing tools.
- Comfortable with rapid change, lean resources, and startup execution.
- Strong communication/storytelling skills with both technical and business audiences.
