+ Meeting regional sales goals by leading initiatives in assigned territory and Generate daily sales leads and a strong sales pipeline through cold calls, emails, in-person demos, and evaluations
+ Consult and gain credibility with customers on the appropriate solutions to propose when moving between research through clinical to marketed applications.
+ Manage a sales funnel; grow the funnel through customer interactions and cross-functional collaboration. Update opportunities as they progress through the funnel. Ensure regular health and upkeep of the funnel on the CRM.
+ To increase awareness of the BioLector & QC product range by organizing and attending exhibitions, seminars and other events and by conducting direct marketing initiatives alongside other promotional activities as required
+ To forecast potential sales accurately on a monthly basis to the Sales Manager
The required qualifications for the job include:
+ Experience in a national role covering all of UK.
+ Willingness to travel extensively (50%)
+ Educated to degree level or sales professional with experience in Biotechnology or GMP

What you’ll be doing
As a key member of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you will:
- Take ownership of designated processes, driving efficiency, quality, and throughput improvements.

- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.
- Proficiency in process control and built-in-quality tools (PFMEAs, control plans, capability studies).
- Ability to apply statistical analysis techniques (Minitab or similar software experience desirable).
- Proven project management skills, leading independently or in cross-functional teams.
