We are seeking an experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer, with a strong background in UI Automation, specifically on the UiPath Platform. You will be a key member of our Automation Centre of Excellence and work with major stakeholders across the business (Digital, Data, IT, InfoSec, SMEs, Project Teams, etc.) to help accelerate our exciting Automation Programme, through the design, development and delivery of cutting-edge automation solutions across LNER.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand process requirements, developing automation workflows, and ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of RPA solutions on an ongoing basis.
Within this role you will be involved in;
Automation Development:
Design and develop automation workflows using UiPath platform and products (Studio, Agents, Maestro, Orchestrator, etc.).nBuild efficient, reusable, and scalable automation scripts.nEnsure automation solutions meet quality and performance standards.
Solution Design & Requirements Specification:

What you'll need:
