Multi-Skilled Accident Repair Technician needed in Nottingham 
  • Basic: Competitive  
  • OTE: £47,000
  • Monday to Friday : 8:00am – 5:00pm
We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Accident Repair Technician to join a busy Nottingham main dealer Bodyshop. This role requires strong capability across four-wheel alignment, panel beating, and paintwork. With at least five years’ experience, you’ll be confident delivering high-quality repair work. Formal qualifications are not essential, as full support and training can be provided.

Your Duties as a Multi-Skilled Accident Repair Technician:
  • Carrying out four-wheel alignments accurately and efficiently
  • Completing panel beating and accident damage repairs
  • Performing paintwork and refinishing to manufacturer standards
  • Ensuring all repair work meets safety and quality requirements
  • Working as part of a skilled bodyshop team to deliver excellent results
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accident repair/bodyshop work
  • Proven ability across four-wheel alignment, panel beating, and paintwork
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Flexible, proactive, and keen to continue learning (qualifications supported)

We’re recruiting an IMI Level 3 Body Repair Technician at North London Workshop on a Permanent contract, with the potential to earn over £42,000 per annum.



Working Hours:  Full time - 39.5 hours per week, working between 6:00 and 14:30 Monday to Friday.

Working on our smaller vans right up to our HGVs and mechanical equipment, you’ll receive extensive training and full induction to ensure you have the skills to complete the job. What Youll Be Doing

Youll be restoring accident-damaged vehicles back to

manufacturer-level

Structural repairs , vehicle alignment, and jig work as required

Welding and fabrication

Keeping a

clean, safe and efficient bodyshop workspace

Following

quality control, documentation, and safety procedures

What Were Looking For

Youre an experienced body repair technician who takes pride in top-tier craftsmanship. Ideally, you have:nProven experience in body repair of modern vehicles (premium brand experience desirable)

Strong working knowledge of bodyshop tooling and techniques

Ability to carry out repairs to manufacturer and insurance quality standards

Good problem-solving and technical repair skills

Strong attention to detail and pride in finish

Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced shop

Eligibility to work in the UK or meet Skilled Worker visa requirements
