As a Marketing Campaigns Manager for EMEA, you live and breathe demand generation. Your primary responsibility is to achieve our pipeline targets set for the EMEA market, by designing and executing strategic campaigns and programs, that drive qualified leads to our Sales team. You are highly organized because you will drive the successful execution and optimization of campaign programs, including events, emails, direct mail, webinars, and advertising, just to name a few. You will juggle project timelines, competing priorities, and manage programs like a pro.
You will also have a chance to flex your creative muscles as well. You will partner with your Portfolio Marketing Manager to develop campaign strategies, identify top channels and messaging, and build programs from scratch that fill the pipeline for our EMEA Sales team.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop quarterly campaign strategies and programs to achieve our pipeline goals
+ Work closely with stakeholders and contributors on the Marketing and Sales teams to drive campaign execution and optimization. These teams include Portfolio Marketing, Events, Customer Advocacy, SDRs, and RSMs. Your goal is to drive the teams, manage the programs to completion, and be responsible for outcomes.
+ Continually analyze and understand the state of the EMEA pipeline, so you can react and adjust our campaign strategies and plans accordingly.
+ Analyze campaign results against program, lead, and pipeline goals, so you can optimize where needed.
+ Know the EMEA market in order to drive campaign strategy, create compelling program design and copy, and CTAs that drive engagement. Must be a strategic and executional partner with your Portfolio Marketing Manager.
+ Own end-to-end coordination/execution of demand gen campaigns including events, emails, direct mail, webinars, advertising, digital, social, and content syndication.
+ Develop and manage program timelines and communicate to stakeholders on status. Constantly and consistently update tasklists and timelines to maximize your team members' workload and availability. You will drive programs to completion.
+ Directly build email and webinar campaigns in Marketo and webinar tools.
+ Automate and optimize campaigns and nurturing through Marketo and other channels.
+ Manage data with MOps, including segmentation analysis, list management, and lead processes in Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Outreach, and other systems.
+ Manage external vendors, including program planning, budgeting, deliverables, and timelines, and performance.

**What you'll do:**
**The Segment Content Marketing and Campaigns Manager** has global responsibility for developing the segment positioning, integrated marketing strategy and associated demand generation activities for the Data Centers segment. This is a pivotol role that will work closely with commercial leaders of the segment, business units, sales and field marketing organizations to design and develop integrated marcom campaigns that help position Eaton as a thought leader and preferred partner on the most important power management challenges facing customers. This role will drive measurable and significant improvements to customer preference for Eaton and demand generation for strategic revenue-generating products (hardware, software and services) and will achieve these objectives by delivering tailored and engaging content to support customers, as well as Eaton sellers, at all stages in their buying journey. This role will leverage regional and local input in the development of the campaign strategy and work closely with field teams to drive campaign activation and optimization.
**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Differentiating Eaton with an integrated marketing strategy that build engagement and trust between Eaton and its customers in that segment across all relevant geographies.
+ Development of integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand generation for strategic revenue-generating offers (as defined by segment strategy teams) in the segment (hardware, software and services)
+ Developing the campaign content and audience engagement strategy, as well as GTM approach (working closely with all relevant commercial and CoE leaders)
+ Leading development of the segment message map and buyer journey maps (including definition of scenarios)
+ Orchestrating development and continuous data-informed optimization of integrated campaign journeys
+ Measurably contributing to the achievement of the segment growth plan by supporting buyers across each stage of their buying journey with highly relevant and useful content - accessible both through self-serve digital channels as well as the content used to support customer-to sales agent engagements
+ Defining campaign success metrics and the review cadence with all contributing teams to ensure demand generation objectives realized and continuous optimization of campaign results and customer engagement metrics
+ Working closely with field marcom teams to constantly optimize campaigns based on all available engagement data.
+ Overseeing the identification of all required sales enablement materials for both direct and indirect sellers so they are able to effectively convert demand generated by campaigns.
+ Accountability: Campaigns this role develops must support and be aligned to Eaton's strategic growth objectives for the segment they are responsible for supporting (rigorous standard planning process will be followed to ensure buyer needs at the center)
+ Field marketing collaboration: Essential to closely involve field marketing in every stage of the process to ensure strong alignment and regional/local relevance of all integrated campaigns, field marketing experience a plus
+ Data-informed: Build and optimize campaigns using a data-informed approach at all times
+ Agile: The Segment Content Marketing leader will act as Product Owner of a Scrum team and as such will be responsible for ensuring an agile, customer-centric working methodology adhered to in how the team operates
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum bachelor level degree from accredited institution

About The Role: As Brand Marketing Manager, you will report into the Head of Brand Marketing and will be responsible for the operational delivery of all Brand and creative production at AKT, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Requirements

·    Execute and deliver campaign performance : execute all creative projects and content initiatives, ensuring timelines and key milestones are clearly defined and achievable

·    Trade Mktg: d eliver campaign requirements for co-op activations online and in store

·    PR agency: drive PR agency strategy and execution in key territories including UK, US, DE and AU for product placement but also editorial coverage, influencer content with consideration of publicist support for the Founders  

·    Drive engagement on own social - through a constant heart beat of campaign execution, devise and deliver content that grows AKT follower and engagement rates. Work with Paid Mktg to execute on paid channels where relevant and ensure all ads are as per the brand guidelines. Support the Social Exec to capture live content where necessary.

·    Ownership of Execution : Drive the execution of campaigns, working with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet brand standards and exceed audience expectations

·    Calendar and Project Execution : Keep the Mktg and Content Planning documents up to date and communicate these with the wider business.  Oversee the full project management cycle for all creative projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution. Design and implement optimised processes, critical paths and workflows to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the creative production pipeline. Identify challenges and create best practices to streamline operations

·    Project Status Monitoring : With head of Brand Marketing, drive status meetings, identify potential roadblocks, mitigate risks, and adapt plans as needed
