This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out knocking on doors — often unannounced. Some people won’t answer. Some will say no. You’ll face tough moments, but when someone says yes and shares their story, you’ll know you’ve helped influence real change.
What we’re looking for in a Market Research Representative :

You must be able to commit to at least 20 hours a week, including evenings and weekends. You’ll also need to complete a DBS check, have the right to work in the UK, and access to a laptop or tablet for training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting telephone interviews with individuals in both Welsh and English (if necessary) to collect data for market research purposes.
- Following scripts and questionnaires to ensure consistency and reliability in responses.
- Ensuring high-quality, accurate data collection while maintaining professional conduct during interviews.
- Updating and maintaining respondent details within our database systems.
- Working closely with the research team to provide feedback and insights from interviews.
- Contributing to the analysis and reporting of survey results (where applicable).
Requirements:
- Fluency in Welsh (spoken and written) – this is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both in Welsh and English.
- A friendly, professional, and confident telephone manner.

The Market Research Translation Team Lead collaborates with the Project Management team and is responsible for overseeing a team of Project Managers to ensure that Market Research translation and localization projects are delivered in alignment with IQVIA's standards and client specifications.
+ Oversees daily management and provides guidance to a team comprising of Junior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers

**Requirements:**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Market Research Project Management within the Language Services sector, with demonstrable line management responsibilities
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in linguistics, business, or other related fields
+ Expertise in Market Research Translation Services, with advanced project management skills across qualitative and quantitative services; thorough knowledge of tracker project practices is essential
+ In-depth understanding of the Market Research online survey lifecycle, with experience collaborating with programmers on overlay and link checking tasks
+ Familiarity with Market Research tools such as ConfirmIt and Decipher platforms
+ Advanced skills in client relationship management
+ Proficiency in English required; additional languages are beneficial

Working with the wider Project Management team, the Translation Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the full lifecycle of market research translation and localization projects to completion whilst ensuring IQVIA's standards are met.
**Project Management:**
+ Manage multiple market research translation and localization projects at any one time from receipt to completion across qualitative and quantitative methodologies
+ Work on complex quantitative studies including tracker/wave projects
+ Liaise with the client to assess and agree project parameters and requirements
+ Manage market research client accounts to ensure high client satisfaction
+ Assess project scope to select appropriate vendors and negotiate deadlines effectively
+ Monitor and manage the status of assigned projects to effectively anticipate and prevent issues
+ Accurately complete project finances including quoting and budgeting
