We're looking for a Coordinator to join the Global Brand Experience team at Snap Inc! Working from our London HQ, you'll play an important role in bringing Snapchat's brand to life across EMEA. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors to plan, produce, and deliver impactful events and experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as external partners and vendors, to develop and execute events and experiences.
What you'll do:
+ Support the GBX Director in London and GBX team across EMEA with the management of, events, experiences and partnerships across multiple markets
+ Coordinate project trackers, complex timelines and budgets to support all initiatives
+ Think outside of the box to bring Snap to life, spark interest and creativity and partner closely with cross-functional teams
+ Collaborate with the close-knit GBX team and key stakeholders to share creative concepts, develop ideas, and support company-wide initiatives
+ Capture campaign results and support the measurement of performance, preparing regular reports, presentations and documents for cross-functional teams
+ Provide logistical and administrative support to the GBX Director in London and GBX team across EMEA including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing vendor payments
