You will be responsible for identifying consumer insights, market trends, and competitive opportunities to develop and launch successful new products that drive brand growth and market share. This involves managing the entire product lifecycle from concept generation to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting market research and consumer analysis to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.
  • Developing compelling product concepts and business cases for new product launches.
  • Collaborating with R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to bring new products to market.
  • Defining product positioning, branding, and marketing strategies.
  • Managing the P&L for assigned brands and new product initiatives.
  • Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches and ongoing brand activities.
  • Monitoring brand performance and market dynamics, making recommendations for optimization.
  • Managing external agencies and suppliers involved in product development and marketing.
  • Ensuring products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Presenting brand strategies and plans to senior management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the FMCG market, with a minimum of 3-5 years of brand management or product marketing experience. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus. You should demonstrate a passion for innovation, a creative approach to problem-solving, and excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. Strong project management and communication abilities are essential for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience with Nielsen or similar market data analytics tools is desirable. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
