Previous internship projects cover topics such as analysing a new Pampers product launch, making a recommendation to accelerate our Gillette business on Amazon and creating a new TikTok strategy for Herbal Essences.
Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work. Product Marketing Manager - App Team Central London - Hybrid £70,000-£75,000 Basic 10% bonus ⏳Full-time ⏱️ASAP start An amazing opportunity for an experienced, consumer obsessed Product Marketing Manger with strong app experience to join this well-known media giant based in central London who are one of the biggest producers of content globally with a user/follower base of over 150M. The Mission Help shape how their app is discovered, understood, and adopted. You’ll own off-platform acquisition, feature marketing, and go-to-market strategy making sure every feature launch and campaign resonates with users and drives measurable growth. What You’ll Do: Off-Platform Acquisition Lead paid campaigns across Meta, Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and programmatic. Manage budgets & targets (CAC, ROAS, D7/D30 payback, LTV). Run creative testing across formats & channels. Optimise App Store & Play Store listings (ASO conversion experiments). Own campaign measurement with MMPs (AppsFlyer). Feature Marketing & Go-To-Market Develop positioning & messaging for new and existing features. Build go-to-market plans across paid, owned, & earned channels. Write compelling copy for app updates, release notes, store pages & campaigns. Partner with Product, Design, Editorial & PR for aligned launches. Track adoption & awareness, refining strategies to boost usage. Awareness, Education & Engagement Translate technical features into user benefits with storytelling, tutorials & campaigns. Drive in-app discovery via push, banners & newsletters. Collaborate on onboarding flows (narrative & messaging). Build case studies & proof points to deepen engagement. Insight & Measurement Maintain a clear marketing scorecard (installs, CAC, ROAS, feature awareness, adoption, retention). Analyse data in Mixpanel/Amplitude & deliver actionable insights. Feed learnings back into acquisition & feature strategies. Partnerships & Campaigns Develop creator partnerships, cross-promotions & seasonal campaigns. Amplify brand moments on & off platform. THE ROLE As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will: Define product positioning in the market and shape how programmes are presented to prospective students. Conduct competitive analysis to identify key differentiators and inform strategy. Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new programmes, partners, and pathways. Partner with universities and internal teams, acting as the face of the organisation in building and strengthening relationships. Manage account marketing: develop partner-specific strategies, maintain regular engagement, and ensure key actions are followed through. Deliver compelling messaging that highlights the value of programmes and resonates across global markets. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and commercial teams to align activity with broader business goals. Apply commercial acumen to prioritise marketing initiatives that drive student recruitment, revenue, and long-term opportunity. Use agile approaches to streamline launches and scale repeatable processes across multiple markets. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5 years’ experience in product marketing, within a global or fast-paced environment. Proven ability to define product positioning, craft go-to-market strategies and deliver successful launches. Strong commercial acumen, able to connect marketing initiatives with revenue growth and business objectives. Experience managing partner or client relationships, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally, influencing teams, and driving alignment. A self-starter with both strategic vision and hands-on tactical delivery skills. Familiarity with agile methods and product-focused ways of working is a strong plus.
