The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join our team specializing in Communications for our Global Marketing & AVK in Peterborough. During your apprenticeship with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
+ Help plan and deliver exciting events, from bookings to creating eye-catching signage and materials.
+ Get hands-on with merchandise by managing products, handle shipping, and keep track of stock for campaigns and events.
+ Develop your financial skills by assisting with invoicing, budgeting, and learning how marketing budgets are managed.
+ Boost your creativity and work with suppliers, put together engaging presentations, and help manage digital assets like videos and images.
+ Enter campaign leads onto the CRM (Customer Relationship Manager), support reporting, and see your work come to life in real-time dashboards.
+ Support post-event activities and be at the heart of exciting marketing projects!
**QUALIFICATIONS**
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
+ Minimum 5 GCSEs Level 4 - 9 (Grade C - A*) including Mathematics and English. A Level subjects can include Business Studies and Psychology, but open to other subjects
+ Good understanding of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programmes
+ Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills.
+ Work experience within a marketing role would be advantageous but not essential
