Job Description
Responsible for the creation of content for sales enablement tools and brand awareness. This role will help ensure we turn complex concepts into content that communicates well with customers, and that customer-facing teams can access content to support their value-selling.

**Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ You'll build and maintain a content pipeline, working with teams to identify gaps and set priorities that align with business objectives and plans, and product roadmaps.
+ Create web content, solutions collateral, presentations, and other marketing and sales messaging that aligns with our positioning and which is authentic for GE Vernova.
+ Lead our visual content so that we have a library of images and graphics that help to tell our stories and create a consistent brand look and feel, suitable for different platforms and channels.
+ Maintain our value-sell library so that content is accessible, and promote new sales enablement tools and content.
+ Be flexible to support our range of marketing communication activities, including events.
**Important skills**
+ Understanding of key markets and/or solutions (electrification in energy, defense and maritime sectors), working closely with technical and product teams to translate our solutions into compelling value propositions, ensuring product and system information is accurate, informative and up-to-date.
+ Manage projects to content pipeline deadlines.
+ Collaborate with our marketing communications specialists for media and events to feed messaging for media campaigns, stories, thought leadership and events so we have an integrated way of communicating with customers and stakeholders.
+ Partner with our corporate communications and brand team to align with GE Vernova's brand and creative strategies and GE Vernova positioning and messaging.
+ Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, excellent creative, communication and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to work with agencies and be familiar with marketing technology and content creation tools (for example, Adobe Creative suite).
**Required Qualifications**
Experience in Marketing & Content Creation and Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree.

Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (Workfront, AEM, digital asset management tools)
Ability to collaborate across time zones and functions
Working knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry
A team-first mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
