Base Salary: £45,000 – £5,000
On-Target Earnings: 0,000 – £9 000
Commission: 12.5% – 25% paid monthly
Additional commission for split deals and internal referrals

About the Role
You’ll be working with multi-academy trusts and international education providers across the UK, EU, APAC, and the USA. The focus will be on senior leadership roles including Heads of Department, Governors, Directors, and CEOs, as well as key commercial functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading senior-level discovery conversations
- Developing candidate profiles, conducting DISC assessments, and ensuring cultural alignment
- Providing career guidance, skills workshops, and strategic talent advice
- Managing search delivery with support from dedicated researchers
- Upholding best practice standards in equality, diversity, and inclusion
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in executive search, ideally within the education sector
- A desire or experience in working internationally, including bi-annual travel
- Degree-level education
- A consultative, service-led approach to recruitment
- A genuine interest in building long-term partnerships with schools and education providers

+ Produce training resources as requested by Pearson, following Pearson Global Standards for content production.
+ Practice with resources to be fully confident and competent in their use?
+ Complete Pearson's Global Content Standards Training, to ensure all training contentdevelopment and delivery is compliant with these standards.

+ Ensure that all objectives are met within the training session.
+ Deliver training in a way that is suited to the customer and environment.
