The role
As an International SDR, your primary responsibility is to generate new business and cross-sell opportunities/meetings by identifying and engaging potential customers. You will reach out to prospects through email, phone and social channels to introduce the company’s products and schedule meetings or demos for international education consultants. Your work helps build a strong sales pipeline and supports overall revenue growth.
Day to day includes:
- Prospect and identify leads that fit the ideal customer profile.
- Initiating contact with prospects through emails, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Schedule qualified meetings or demos for the sales/account executive team.
- Accurately log all outreach, conversations and lead data into HubSpot.
- Nurture relationships with leads through follow-up emails and calls.
- Progressing quality leads through the sales funnel, connecting them with the appropriate sales consultant and scheduling meetings
- Hit daily/weekly KPIs such as number of calls, emails, meetings booked, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings and market trends.
- Collaborating with marketing to share insights and improve targeting and messaging
- Working in coordination with the International Team Manager and Education Consultants
