• Salary : £35,000 – £2,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Contract : 40 hour week plus lunch ( 8.30-5pm) – overtime paid after
• Holiday : 21 days inclusive of bank holidays
• On call – 1 in 4 - £75 r call out ( covering 2 hrs travel + 1 hrs on site ) x1.5 paid after Monday – Saturday and £9 call out on a Sunday then 1.x5

• Undertake PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance across commercial sites
• Carry out general building fabric works including:
• Carpentry repairs
• Basic plumbing
• Tiling, painting, and decorating
• Patch plastering
• Lock and door repairs
• General handyman tasks
• Carry out small remedial works and minor installations as required
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Liaise with clients on-site, maintaining excellent customer service
• Complete job reports and update CAFM systems (where applicable)

• Proven experience in a building maintenance or fabric engineering role (commercial settings preferred)
• Trade background desirable (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, decorating)
• Full UK driving licence (Essential)
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements
• Able to work independently and use initiative to resolve issues
