AWC Staff Services are looking for a Construction Site Cleaner for work with their client on Cowley Substation.
The role is part time - 20 hours per week, working 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas across the site, including welfare units (toilets, canteens, offices, etc).
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum walkways, cabins, stairwells, and access points.
- Ensure all rubbish bins are emptied regularly and kept clean.
- Clean up spillages and hazardous materials as instructed, using appropriate PPE and cleaning products.
- Replenish cleaning supplies, toilet rolls, soap, and hand sanitiser
- Report any unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or areas requiring attention to the Site Supervisor.
- Support site health, safety, and environmental standards through daily housekeeping.
Start: 1st September 2025
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: 13.50 per hour

Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project based in Kensington.
This project is 22 weeks in duration and due to start ASAP.
Project value is approx. £10m.
Main scope of work will consist of strip out, refurb and Demoliton.
Criteria:
- Valid CSCS/CCDO
- Valid SMSTS and First Aid qualification
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on demolition projects
- Ideally experience working on projects in the value of £m - 0m.
- Experience working on high end residential projects
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Working references – essential
