About the Role:
This is an autonomous role where responsibility will be to ensure regular safety and maintenance checks throughout the premises and surrounding perimeter of 2 locations in West Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for mechanical and electrical services and facilities around the factory.
Conduct basic maintenance operations and prompt repairs when possible
Organise external contractors as required, sourcing and obtaining quotations and seeking approval before going ahead.
Taking responsibility and checking all works carried out.
Working with the facilities manager and production managers, communicating and keeping updated on any processes that will affect their departments.
Supervising existing technician, organising workloads and allocating and managing tasks completed.
What We're Looking For:
Proven background in M&E service and building maintenance within a commercial and manufacturing environment.
Supervisory experience
Solid mechanical and electrical, hands on technician experience.
The Package:
Salary up to 42,000 DOE
Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (early finish at 3:30pm on Fridays)
