Are you a HVAC supervisor with experience working in the building services industry, looking for an exciting opportunity to join a company that cares about your career progression and will continuously reinvest in developing your skillset?

Working on major projects throughout London, they head up multi-million pound hospital servicing projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of fitter and welders, along with having the expertise to service and maintain all of the HVAC systems throughout multiple projects. You will be appointed a primary project to supervise and assist on a handful of other projects when required too. You will be overseeing the service and maintenance of pipework and heating installations.

This role would suit any HVAC supervisor with experience leading a team of engineers in the building services industry, looking for an exciting opportunity to progress their career and learn new skills through in-house training and development.

The role:

• Oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
• Manage a team of technicians to troubleshoot HVAC issues, conduct preventative maintenance
• Consult with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards
• Fill out and process any paperwork relating to the maintenance and service of HVAC systems

The person:

• NVQ lvl3 in engineering related field
• Experience in a HVAC supervisor role

Working as part of a team the successful application will be accountable for providing a well maintained, safe, secure, clean, compliant and efficient environment, delivering high quality planned and reactive maintenance.

Role responsibilities;

• Resolving a variety of general fabric maintenance issues and problems including basic plastering, window and door repairs, fire alarm checks.
• Electrical and Mechanical skills preferred - Minimum Level 2 qualification in either bias is required. 
• Responding to any Health and Safety related calls
• Completing planned inspections and rectifying any remedial works
• Logging any maintenance issues and follow up accordingly
• Responding to call outs when acting as on call operative based on the rota
• Liaising with tenants to access rooms and complete repairs

• Driving License required - Traveling between sites to deliver maintenance and upkeep across a group of sites
