  • Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and relevant sustainability certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM).
  • Conduct site analyses, feasibility studies, and develop detailed project documentation.
  • Liaise with engineers, consultants, contractors, and local authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in sustainable architecture and construction technologies.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A Master's degree in Architecture and professional accreditation (e.g., RIBA, ARB).
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a significant focus on leading projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sustainable design principles, green building technologies, and relevant certifications.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and environmentally conscious architectural projects.
  • Exceptional design sensibility, creativity, and technical proficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
