Job Purpose
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work across multiple Product projects, bridging the gap between business needs and technical requirements on technology and reporting projects in the portfolio. You will work in partnership with business experts and technology teams to identify & implement solutions to meet the needs of evolving business models.
The Business Analyst will be expected to work across projects within Business Operations encompassing the areas of Product Development, Pricing, Planning & Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and facilitate workshops by assimilating existing process content, identifying knowledge gaps, setting up the workshop agendas, identifying participants & creating workshop materials.
- Identifying participants/stakeholders and documenting user stories and requirements
- Work at varying levels of detail, ranging from high level discussion at the start of the project, to capturing detailed requirements and working with the testing teams to scope and document test scripts.
- Communicate requirements to enterprise data and information leads, solution leads and development teams working collaboratively to develop solutions.
- Understand and visualise process changes in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Understand and uphold enterprise data and information principles in the development of both system and reporting solutions.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical participants/stakeholders
- Liaise closely with project/programme managers and Solution Architects to govern scope and manage any change requests.
- Writing test scripts, logging issues for dev teams, and triaging issues
- User Acceptance Testing of all solutions and reports working with project/Programme managers to prioritize defect fixes.
- Maintain and help to govern consistent Business Analysis methodology and ways of working across your stream and the wider domain.
- Deliver end-user training and hypercare support.
- Transfer knowledge to BAU owners at close of projects.

- Must be able to communicate effectively in both technical and business settings.

- Can clearly demonstrate delivering artefacts for each project phase, and link the business value created with the process and system improvement
- Experience in using JIRA and Confluence
- Basic knowledge of excel
- Experience in the Retail industry and one or more of the following business areas: Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance, HR or Sustainability is beneficial.

Primary Purpose:
Brand Ambassadors (BA) represent Tapestry's iconic brands—Coach and Kate Spade New York—driving sales and delivering exceptional service within a department store environment. Reporting to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador (SRBA), BAs embody Tapestry's values and business priorities on the shopfloor, provide insightful feedback, foster meaningful customer interactions, and ensure our customers have a seamless, elevated shopping experience.
We are looking for a Brand Ambassador to join us in John Lewis & Partners Oxford Street, London and play a key role in enhancing the customer experience, driving omnichannel strategies, and identifying new initiatives to support ongoing brand growth and development. The BA will collaborate closely with Tapestry teams, host store management, personal shopping, in-store marketing, and wider shopfloor teams.
Please note, this is a full-time (40 hours per week) 12-month fixed-term contract.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Retail Customer Service to:
Customer Service
- Provide a seamless and elevated customer experience, staying up to date with brand training, tools, and resources to maintain high service standards
- Proactively generate ideas for clienteling and in-store events, supporting and co-hosting activations that drive engagement and sales
- Develop strong relationships with local retail partners to gain insights into customer demographics, profiling, and emerging brand opportunities. Attend local brand events to deepen understanding of key business priorities and market trends
Sales
- Monitor and analyse store performance against targets, ensuring goals are met or exceeded. Where necessary, compile and present actionable plans to the SRBA. Regularly track trade performance to ensure alignment with expectations
- Foster strong relationships with department store management teams to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty. Communicate and implement business initiatives, acting as a key liaison between the host store and SRBA
- Observe in-store activity and identify growth opportunities, including potential for new activations, local events, or omni-channel customer engagement initiatives
Visual Merchandising
- Execute visual merchandising (VM) directives within the host store, ensuring new season collections are prominently displayed and aligned with delivery schedules
- Apply VM guidelines effectively during markdown periods, maintaining consistency with regional visual standards and ensuring a cohesive brand presentation
- Cultivate a strong working relationship with the Regional VM Manager, regularly sharing visual updates and seeking feedback to continuously enhance VM skills and execution
Operations
- Oversee product deliveries and replenishment, ensuring back-of-house areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained. Escalate any operational concerns to the SRBA as needed
- Complete trade reports promptly, ensuring key product insights and callouts are communicated clearly and efficiently to the SRBA and Wholesale Sales team
- Collaborate with the SRBA to coordinate effective shopfloor coverage, ensuring optimal staffing levels to support business needs and customer experience
The Accomplished Individual Will Possess
- Minimum of two years' experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Available to work varied hours as required by the store and Tapestry, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Job Purpose
We have two Global Merchandise Planning Assistant Positions (Replenishment)
that will support all replenishment planning activities globally within Burberry's global planning organisation. They will embody the Burberry values and contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Responsible For
- Assessing the Global Replenishment forecasts for their Division/Areas, and creating a culture of accountability for forecast accuracy.

- Assist other Replenishment Planners on coordinating regular free stock drops to optimise replenishment inventory.
- Assisting in forecasting and planning Replenishment margin for Input into the Seasonal Plans.
Global Line Card Management
- Responsible for maintaining parametres within Global Line Card across all Replenishment options, including addition and removals, seasonal set-up, link line management.
- Responsible to reviewing Replenishment sized procurement, drive SPI allocation to Regions.
- Responsible for building and maintaining any necessary line card functionality to ensure optimum process and changes in business process.
- Responsible for reviewing trading and buy summaries across the line card which flag anomalies versus centrally defined Hub WOC, Mins and Maxes.
- Responsible for updating Training documentation and driving ongoing training on Line cards across the regions.
- Responsible for maintain good working relationship with IT to ensure data inputs into the Replenishment Line Cards are sustainable and fit for purpose.
*PERSONAL PROFILE *
- Demonstrated experience in a global planning role in a commercial and luxury environment at an Assistant / Allocator level.
- Demonstrated experience across replenishment buy process.
- Customer-oriented approach to problem solving

Your main focus :
+ Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain company KPIs
