Job Description

Permanent

Growth Kitchen is on a mission to make eating great food the norm. Our platform enables kitchen operators (e.g. Hilton Hotels, Fullers Pubs, independent restaurants) to sell well-known restaurant brands, such as The Athenian or Coqfighter , from their existing kitchens.

As an Inbound SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of building our network of kitchen operators. Based in London, you’ll be responsible for qualifying and converting inbound leads, while also exploring creative ways to improve how we generate them in the first place.

  • Qualify and convert inbound leads into new Growth Kitchen partners.
  • Call and occasionally visit restaurants across the UK.

  • Think analytically about the inbound funnel: testing new ideas to improve conversion.
  • Work very closely with marketing to shape top-of-funnel lead generation (ads, landing pages, A/B testing).
  • Help us build a scalable, world-class sales organisation.

Requirements

  • Recently (2022–2025) graduated from a top-tier university.
  • Previous sales experience (internship, placement, or full-time job) is a big plus .
  • Analytical mindset — you’re curious about data and enjoy finding creative ways to improve results.
  • Interest in marketing, particularly inbound demand generation: paid ads, landing page optimisation, A/B testing.
  • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup, deal with curveballs, and learn quickly.
  • Passion for food and technology.
  • A clear communicator with the client at the front of your mind.

Benefits
