• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Relevant construction management qualifications (e.g., SMSTS) are essential.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Manage all aspects of construction site operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, tradespeople, and site personnel.

• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices (e.g., CSCS Black Card).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
