We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to join our Strategic Sales and Analytics team for UKI. You will be responsible for driving and optimizing commercial performance of a portfolio of products under Ninja Brands.
This role involves deeply analyzing the market/sales/customer performance, forecasts, and promotion calendar, and collaborating with sales and marketing to drive weekly commercial reviews and actions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management (at category level), excellent analytical skills, and the ability to influence cross-functionally to achieve category objectives.
What You'll Do:
Commercial Leadership
- Own the category strategy for a defined set of sub-categories, growth and performance in the country (UK)
- Set and communicate clear category objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build strong partnership with sales, marketing, and supply functions, and jointly develop and implement commercial plans around the categories
- Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly, commercial reviews and execution of short-term and long-term actions, spot the smoke before the fire and identify solutions with cross-functional teams
Growth and Expansion
- Support setting strategic plans to enter and expand into new products and channels
- Identify opportunities to win higher distribution and in-house share with customers
- Ensure teams are in complete sync with the market pulse and capitalizing opportunity and managing risks
Category Management
- Be a strong voice for the country on everything necessary to win in the categories
- Oversee product portfolio management including pricing and range assortment
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to ensure excellence in bringing NPD to market
- Ensure optimal product assortment across customer landscape and merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Own the annual promotional calendar with a view to gain market share and drive category growth
- Proactively react to market conditions in order to maintain market positioning
Financial Management
- Influence category budgets and work collaboratively with the sales function to maximise and achieve forecasts and profitability
- Track and analyze category financial performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and margin improvement strategies
- Profitably manage ad hoc promotional spend
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and R&D
- Ensure alignment and coordination across departments to achieve category goals.
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in category or commercial management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and critically about the best course of action to achieve desired objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- A driven individual who thrives on balancing multiple moving pieces simultaneously without letting go of any of the detail.
- Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of the business intelligence platform whilst implementing/maintaining compliance with the business intelligence and analytics strategy li>Responsible for the training, coordination and evaluation of cross-departmental business analysts and business partners
