The role will include:
- Providing support to colleagues working on strategic and operational performance management, identifying where performance insights can inform business decisions, and drive improvement. li>Working with teams of data developers and analysts to support the delivery of Business Intelligence solutions to provide customers with timely and robust data analysis and insight.
- Assist in the completion of statutory and the provision of data sets from multiple sources.
- Supporting in the production of high quality, user friendly reports and dashboards that display complex information, including predictive analysis to improve outcomes for local people and organisational effectiveness.
- Supporting with data cleansing and improving data quality to strengthen accountability across the organisation
- Enabling data to be accessed by colleagues through the development of ‘self-serve’ capabilities.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience of undertaking analysis and interpreting data to provide identify and produce key findings
- Experience of identifying, analysing and interpreting trends and patterns in data to inform future service delivery. li>You possess excellent communication and story telling skills, and able to tailor messages and deliver these to diverse audiences
- Experience of developing and maintaining relationships, with strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate complex information clearly to a range of audiences.
- A level 6 qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
