The role of Infor M3 Senior Business Consultant
As a Senior Business Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering transformative Infor M3 projects across Finance, Supply Chain, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash business processes. You will work with UK and international clients to design, implement, and optimise their operations, ensuring they achieve measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a subject matter expert across Finance, Supply Chain, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash processes within Infor M3.
- Lead client discovery workshops, capturing business requirements and translating them into solution designs.
- Deliver full lifecycle implementations: design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post implementation support.
- Advise clients on best practices and industry standards to maximise the value of their Infor M3 investment.
Travel and Hybrid Working
We have an environment that gives you the flexibility to achieve an effective work-life balance for you and your family, whether you want to work from home or at one of our luxury Cubo offices around the UK.
We continue to offer our customers onsite consultancy time if requested, so flexibility around travel and overnight stays is expected, dependent on the project requirements. Onsite time is planned ahead of time, within 2-week blocks, so you know well in advance where you will be working.
We encourage those in customer-facing roles to aim to come into the office at least once a month, and alsoteam meetings and client meetings;however, you can work from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo officeregularly if you prefer, whichever suits you.
About You (The Essentials)
- Proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Infor M3 ERP implementations covering at least one of the following modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash
- Experience with being a client-facing consultant within a partner environment
- Understanding of end-to-end business process flows across finance and operations
- Ability to configure, test, and deliver robust M3 solutions aligned to business requirements
- Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve
