- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a financial services, payments, or fintech environment.
- Strong knowledge of API-based systems (REST, JSON, XML) and how to document and validate API requirements.
- Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar for API analysis and testing.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred) and tools like Jira or Rally.
- Knowledge of systems development life cycles (waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
- Solid understanding of the regulatory/compliance landscape in financial services.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distil technical complexity into business language.
