Reporting to the Director of Market Development the _Manager of Market Development UK/EU_ leads the UK/EU-based MDR team to high productivity and performance. + Ensure the EU MDR team performs with high-activity levels and high conversion from lead-to-opportunity.
+ Track and report on key KPIs indicating health of EU MDR team and pipeline.

+ Executes ABM marketing motions to generate leads from new clients and existing customers.
