Office based role, accountable for supporting the Business Manager, Strategic Partnerships for a defined portfolio of travel agent partners, in developing revenue streams and maximize all business opportunities within those agencies. To support the delivery of Business Manager defined business plans to ensure growth plans and success KPIs for P&O Cruises are met, whilst maintaining relationships within their portfolio of travel agent partners and taking direction from the Business Manager and Director of Trade Sales.



Responsible for understanding and supporting the commercial approach in maintaining and growing strategic relationships, using own initiative when making decisions to deliver upon defined strategies and guidelines.



This pivotal role will involve:


Support delivery of sales targets for defined accounts in conjunction with Business Manager, as defined by Director of Trade Sales
Coordinate campaign promotional activity to be delivered through Travel agent partners in conjunction with other channels, while ensuring alignment to our brand guidelines
Working closely with Business manager to support the monthly budgetary process for specified travel agent accounts
Support the delivery of commercially effective campaign strategies, ensuring a coherent approach across of sales channels



This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

**Role Overview**



Office based role, accountable for supporting the Business Manager, Strategic Partnerships for a defined portfolio of travel agent partners, in developing revenue streams and maximize all business opportunities within those agencies. To support the delivery of Business Manager defined business plans to ensure growth plans and success KPIs for P&O Cruises are met, whilst maintaining relationships within their portfolio of travel agent partners and taking direction from the Business Manager and Director of Trade Sales.



Responsible for understanding and supporting the commercial approach in maintaining and growing strategic relationships, using own initiative when making decisions to deliver upon defined strategies and guidelines.



This pivotal role will involve:


Support delivery of sales targets for defined accounts in conjunction with Business Manager, as defined by Director of Trade Sales
Coordinate campaign promotional activity to be delivered through Travel agent partners in conjunction with other channels, while ensuring alignment to our brand guidelines
Working closely with Business manager to support the monthly budgetary process for specified travel agent accounts
Support the delivery of commercially effective campaign strategies, ensuring a coherent approach across of sales channels



This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

The Director, Danaher Operating Company Strategic Partnerships is a key member of the Strategy and Strategic Partnerships Leadership Team responsible for developing the use of Abcam's unique affinity reagent portfolio, research insights and commercial capabilities for proteomic research in partnership with other Danaher Operating Companies.
This position reports to the Vice President of Strategy and Partnerships and is part of the Strategic Partnerships team and would be located in Waltham, MA or Cambridge, UK.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Provide strong leadership to accelerate proteomics revenue growth for Abcam through collaboration with other Danaher operating companies
+ Coordinate and lead, with the support of relevant teams the development of standard work for collaboration with other Danaher operating companies
+ Support the generation and management of a funnel of opportunities with Danaher Operating Company partners identifying areas for growth through the provision of affinity reagents, proteomics assay content and associated products and services
+ Collaborate cross functionally with R&D, Product, Ops, Commercial, Legal/Regulatory, and Finance teams and LSIG Group and Danaher Corporate teams to prioritize, ensure viability, evaluate and structure projects to maximize strategic value to Danaher focusing to ensure prioritization of critical few and expectation alignment
+ Create and ensure compliance with internal processes as well as all legal requirements
+ Using DBS tools, manage multiple projects consecutively with clear communication to cross functional collaborators and management
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ MSc or Ph.D. in Biological Sciences or related fields
+ Long standing experience of strategic project management within the life sciences industry, with proven track record of developing and delivering strategic projects
+ Proven success in leading teams of cross functional collaborators to deliver on the execution against strategic goals of a business
+ Excellent communication, commercial acumen and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross Danaher stakeholders at all levels
