  • Developing compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Working closely with the product and service teams to ensure offerings meet market demands.
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Forecasting sales revenue and managing the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior members of the business development team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
