As a Fine Dining Assistant Waiter at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons you will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the restaurant services by supporting the senior team and ensuring our diners and guests receive excellent service during their time with us

Primary Responsibilities Include
· Ensure that the Restaurant is appropriately set up and everything is in line with Le Manoir standards of excellence
· Provide excellent communication with your team, your seniors, kitchen and other departments
· Deliver a personalised, instinctive and understated service to ensure that excellence exists in everything we do.
· Demonstrate promptness, anticipation and organisation to deal with the different aspects of each service
· Embrace feedback and improve yourself by seeking the views of others around you, and by respecting and following the standards of excellence/LQA/AA/Forbes and work towards always increasing the score
· Have a good understanding of all dishes and ingredients, and gain confidence in service

Requirements
What You Bring:
• Previous work experience in a luxury restaurant (preferable but not necessary)
• Basic knowledge of food and drink
• Previous experience liaising with guests
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Flexibility in terms of working both evenings and weekends
• High standards of personal presentation

- Support accurate control of supplier codes, product traceability and version control

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and housekeeping within the print room
- Communicate effectively across teams, including Technical, Production, and Packaging
