- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of educators and specialists.
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories, pedagogical best practices, and curriculum design principles.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to implementation.
- Experience with various educational technologies and learning management systems (LMS).
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working within a hybrid work environment.

Senior Test & Development Engineer
This is a great opportunity to join our Product Delivery team and play a key role in shaping the future of the Cellular Origins’ Constellation system. Working together with the wider multi-disciplinary product team of engineers and scientists, you’ll be instrumental in bringing our vision to life through development and rigorous testing.
Your mission? To steer the development towards a reliable and robust system offering through the creation of bespoke test environments and day-to-day hands-on testing and experimental work on the product. You’ll be involved with electro-mechanical device assembly and testing of components and systems, and later transfer to manufacture.
Delving into reliability testing you’ll ensure Constellation withstands the rigors of real-world application, fortifying the robustness and longevity of our technology. Lastly, you’ll also play a coordinating role in the manufacturing of our systems, ensuring the quality of the systems will always align with the developmental stage's standards.

Requirements
- BSc Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics or a related discipline with industry experience
- Proven experience of testing and troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems, preferably within a product development and/or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of reliability testing methodologies, with the ability to design and execute test plans to ensure product quality and performance
- Robust technical analysis and documentation skills including generating Test Specifications, Test Protocols and Test Reports
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with appropriate software tools for developing test scripts, processing log files and database contents
- Experience in an Agile environment would be an advantage but not essential
