**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Support the delivery of the brand strategy by briefing and managing agencies to develop national marketing collateral, digital content and advertising materials. Ensure that campaign briefs are rooted in customer, competitor and commercial insights
+ Responsible for coordinating the annual marketing calendar, working in collaboration with the PR, CRM, local & partnership functions, and in accordance with the marketing strategy
+ Lead cross-functional teams in the deployment of through-the-line marketing activities that differentiate the brand, drive brand awareness, acquisition and incremental sales growth
+ Ensure all campaigns have clear objectives/KPIs and develop campaign strategy that is focused on delivering against this
+ Assists in the development of insight-driven all-agency briefing documents and works with key stakeholders and delivery partners to manage creative development, sign-off and execution of all campaign assets a high standard on time and on budget.

+ Improve street-level visibility of national campaigns and messages with a focus on in-store POS across physical and digital formats. Works with the LSM team to ensure that national campaigns have "bolt-on" upweights that franchisees can activate locally
+ Coordinates weekly franchisee comms and weekly sales reports, ensuring timely and accurate updates from the marketing team ahead of circulation to key stakeholders
