Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives; Managing and overseeing all paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads), including budget allocation, keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis; Optimizing website content and user experience for search engines (SEO); Managing social media presence and engagement across relevant platforms; Developing and implementing effective content marketing strategies; Planning and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers; Analyzing campaign performance data, generating insightful reports, and recommending actionable improvements; Staying abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices; Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts; Managing external agencies and vendors as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing roles; Proven experience in managing successful paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and social media advertising campaigns; Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices; Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems; Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights; Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics; Exceptional project management and organizational skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills; A creative mindset with a passion for digital innovation.
