The Opportunity
To accelerate growth in our key markets we’re evolving our Field Marketing function into a high-impact, regionally embedded team. Each Field Marketing Manager is a key partner to the revenue team and accountable for marketing performance in their region. You will lead the strategy and execution of a locally adapted global marketing strategy, driving regional pipeline growth, revenue impact, elevated brand awareness and go-to-market excellence within a best-in-class marketing team.
As Senior Field Marketing Manager for the UK based in our London Office, you’ll be embedded within the GTM leadership team, working closely with Revenue leadership across Country Managers, Sales and Partnerships to drive regional success. You’ll be responsible for leading and executing the global marketing strategy within your region, adapting it to local market needs, delivering pipeline growth and representing the voice of your market across the business. This is a senior regional leadership role that blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution, well-suited for a results-oriented leader who excels in both shaping strategy and driving on-the-ground impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end regional marketing strategy for (Region), translating global marketing programs into high-impact, market-specific programs with the support of central functions
- Measure the effectiveness of field marketing programs and be accountable for regional pipeline generation and revenue impact
- Own and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of spend to maximise ROI across all field marketing initiatives and strategic programs
- Serve as the senior marketing advisor to regional and executive GTM leadership - shaping regional priorities, influencing sales strategy and aligning marketing investment with commercial objectives
- Represent the voice of the region into the global marketing organisation and ensure global strategy is successfully translated into market
- Collaborate with the central integrated marketing team, including PMM, content, events, campaigns and digital teams to ensure local execution reflects brand, messaging, and campaign priorities
- Lead regional Account-Based Marketing and work hand-in-hand with the revenue organisation to drive conversion of targeted accounts
- Partner with the Growth team to localise and optimise paid media and performance channels in support of quarterly lead, SQL, and pipeline goals
- Build out a regional partner marketing strategy with the Partnerships leadership team and execute on local campaigns to drive incremental pipeline through our partner network
- Deliver full-funnel execution across:
- Field events and hosted experiences
- ABM and sales-aligned activations
- Localised campaigns and content
- Ecosystem and partner marketing
- Build regional relationships with industry associations, publications, influencers, and strategic partners to increase brand awareness and demand
- Report regularly on marketing performance at both the program and initiative level, surfacing insights and optimisations
- Provide strategic input into quarterly and annual business planning processes, aligning marketing with regional revenue targets, account segments, and sales capacity
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or integrated B2B programs, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead regional plans, collaborate with revenue leadership and org and deliver measurable impact across the funnel
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics, audience behavior, and competitive landscape
- Executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional alignment across sales, partnerships, and global marketing
- Hands-on experience executing ABM, events, and campaigns, with knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, 6Sense)
- Data-driven mindset, with a strong ability to track performance, extract insights, and optimise programs accordingly
- High accountability, autonomy, and a proactive approach to driving results without the need for executional support layers
