We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven Senior Marketing Executive (Affiliates) to join our D2C Marketing team at AJ Bell. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and growth through our affiliate marketing channels. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimising affiliate campaigns, building strong relationships with affiliates agency and partners, and delivering measurable results that support AJ Bell’s strategic objectives.

We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven Senior Marketing Executive (Affiliates) to join our D2C Marketing team at AJ Bell. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and growth through our affiliate marketing channels. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimising affiliate campaigns, building strong relationships with affiliates agency and partners, and delivering measurable results that support AJ Bell’s strategic objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the execution and optimisation of affiliate marketing campaigns to drive cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners and networks, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Own reporting and analysis of affiliate performance, generating actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution of affiliate traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with editorial, design, and marketing teams to develop compelling content and creative assets for affiliate promotions.
- Support the development of data-driven strategies, including econometrics and attribution modelling, to enhance affiliate performance.
- Ensure all affiliate assets comply with regulatory requirements, including consumer duty and internal sign-off processes.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify test-and-learn opportunities and improve customer outcomes.
- Assist in budget management and forecasting for affiliate spend.
- 3+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing.
- Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programmes.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of customer behaviour and business goals.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and agency collaboration.
