**Your New Role.**
As Manager of Marketing Analytics at Warner Bros. Discovery you will be responsible for enabling media effectiveness reporting and insights to all marketing teams supporting HBO Max. **Your Role Accountabilities.**

  • Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the marketing department.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business results.
  • Extensive experience with statistical analysis, predictive modelling, machine learning techniques, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Deep understanding of web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experimental design.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect analytical insights to business strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is advantageous.
