THE ROLE
You’ll be the go-to person for turning marketing data into actionable insight. Partnering with marketing, product and compliance teams, you’ll map customer lifecycles, design tests, and optimise campaigns for performance and regulatory compliance.
You will:
- Analyse the end-to-end customer journey , finding friction points and opportunities to drive acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Design, run and interpret A/B and multivariate tests across email, SMS, affiliates, content and direct mail.
- Build dashboards and reports (SQL + visualisation tools) to guide senior stakeholders.
