For our major product portfolio, we seek a highly experienced Senior Marketing Specialist with extensive experience in a European or global role. Your primary responsibility is to develop and execute the Western European Marketing Plan, aligning with the Global Marketing Strategy by selecting, designing, and tailoring campaigns and tactics that are regionally relevant. This is a key role within the Cardiac Surgery Operating Unit, with responsibility for a substantial portion of the portfolio across two distinct product categories. You will lead entire projects or processes within your area of expertise, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager Western Europe and cover the Western Europe region. Develop and execute an omni-channel European marketing plan aligned with Global Marketing and Leadership, in close collaboration with regional and local stakeholders, including the creation of business cases, GTM strategies, and new product launch plans tailored for Western Europe
