Job Role:
The Support Workers will play a crucial role in delivering effective care to adult males who may have faced custodial sentences or time in secure facilities. The ideal candidates will be organised, creative, and focused on client well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and managing incontinence. li>Preparing and providing food and drink.
- Supporting clients with mobility using appropriate equipment.
- Managing medication in accordance with established policies.
- Preparing rooms for new clients and maintaining communal areas.
- Handling challenging behaviour with a calm and risk-aware approach.
- Facilitating client engagement in activities and discussions.
- Offering emergency first aid when needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A flexible attitude and adaptability to changing tasks.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. (English and Maths assessment will form part of the interview process)

- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced Adults DBS and Barring Check.
