The **Strategic Partnership Manager** role is fundamental to executing this philosophy through disruption, innovation and driving sustainable healthcare relationships. Establishing measurable benefits to patients, care givers and healthcare systems with the aim of publishing favourable outcomes and building long-term strategic alliances.
This is a field-based role with a company car. It is anticipated that a minimum of 3-4 days per week will be required primarily within community care settings across UK & Ireland. There are no direct reports associated with this role at the time of hiring.
**ABOUT THE ROLE** :
+ Drive new and meaningful relationships with influential customers across the UKI Ostomy Care marketplace, leveraging Convatec and AMCAREs wide service portfolio to deliver commercial growth for the business and value for the NHS.
+ Engage, cultivate and build non-clinical advocates to support the execution of the Partnership Programme Strategy, challenging the status quo through new value-based models of care.
+ Ensure new relationships and service redesign programmes deliver tangible and measurable improvements for patients, care givers and healthcare systems. Collaborating with UKI Ostomy Care Marketing and Global Medical Affairs to identify study end-points, publish outcomes and position Convatec as the leading manufacturer for value-based healthcare.
+ Influence the cycle of continuous improvement within the Partnership Programme Strategy and wider Ostomy Care business unit strategies. Sharing experience and insights from customer engagements, at pace, to ensure best in class solutions and services.
+ Build and own senior level relationships in NHS community providers and commissioner organisations with stakeholders such as Medicines Management, Finance, Transformational and Procurement customers. And where necessary engaging wider system colleagues; not limited to NHS England, NHS Supply Chain, DHSC, MHRA, NICE, Wholesalers, DACs, Health Innovation Networks, Commissioning Support Units, charities, patient advocacy groups, local authorities.
+ Use extensive primary care experience to navigate formulary processes, influence key decision makers and win new formulary listings.
+ Lead internal collaboration and communication cross functionally with Ostomy, other Business Units and the COE's to identify impactful projects, creative commercial agreements and compelling business cases that capitalise on opportunities to drive market penetration.
+ In priority Acute accounts, assist Account Managers with senior customer meetings to secure new commercials opportunities and accelerate business growth.
**ABOUT YOU** **:**
+ Highly experienced, with proven track record (5+ years) of working with senior CCG/ICB stakeholders, obtaining a deep understanding of the NHS primary care landscape. From clinical, procurement and payer perspective.
+ Led NHS/Industry partnerships with demonstrable published evidence of outcomes is desirable
+ Out the box, innovative thinker who has first-hand experience working with disruptive prescription models.
+ A clear understanding and ability to articulate the structure, strategies and key priorities of ICB's and NHS.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives through influence and collaboration, fostering alignment without direct authority.
+ Excellent negotiation, project management and business case writing skills. Supported by strong writing and analytical abilities.
+ Highly IT literate across Microsoft, CRM and sales analytics tools.
+ Full driver's license and ability to work in the UKI.
+ Self-motivated and independent individual that can lead projects from ideation to full execution with limited support
+ Proficiency in Microsoft software (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Teams etc)
+ English language is mothertongue or at a high proficiency level both written & spoken

Job Summary
- Supporting children with special educational needs, providing learning, care and personal support.
- Work as part of the school team in the development of personal care programmes for pupils
- Assisting with daily routines like feeding, dressing, toileting (including nappy changes) and hygiene.
- Supporting pupils with learning, personal care and social interaction.
- Work proactively across the school to ensure that inclusive practices and good order are maintained in the classroom.
- Monitor pupils by observational assessment.

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Assist pupils in implementing their own personal care programmes during the school day, specifically in relation to practical support for personal hygiene, toileting and continence training and eating and drinking
- Assist pupils with daily activities, such as washing, dressing, eating, toileting, including nappy changes
- Provide practical assistance in relation to other identified physical needs e.g. dressing and mealtimes
- Maintain and clean personal care equipment and materials, clothing etc.
- Maintain toiletry supplies
- Provide personal assistance to identified pupil/pupils in physical/practical activities e.g. physical education, cookery, school trips and therapeutic activities organised by the school
- Keep records related to personal care in conjunction with the appropriate teacher
- Work in cooperation with other key workers involved in supporting the pupils' educational and health care needs under the guidance of the Class Teacher or other Deputy Head Teacher
- Liaise with parents and carers to ensure continuity of care
- Oversee pupils at play time and lunchtime.
- Promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils in the classroom by encouraging them to interact with each other and to engage in activities led by the teacher
Qualifications
High standard of general education including good proven numeracy and literacy skills
Experience
Successful relevant experience of working with children within a learning environment or within a nursery setting.
Skills and Abilities
- Good understanding of child development and the legal guidelines around safety, dignity and compliance.
- A mature and sensitive manner and excellent interpersonal skills
- Be able to work calmly under pressure with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing circumstances/situations
- An ability to work confidentially, efficiently, and on own initiative

Knowledge
