Specific duties and responsibilities can include:
- Involvement in client meetings from initial contact
- Overseeing cases from beginning to closure, reporting to a variety of stakeholders

- Experience and understanding of corporate insolvency procedures, particularly Administrations and CVLs
- Achieving statutory and regulatory compliance
- Managing and developing junior employees (if you have significant experience)
- Developing relationships with other professionals internally and externally
