Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Education: Sponsored 5-Year Part-Time BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying Degree
Are you an experienced administrator with a strong academic background and a keen interest in construction? Ready to take the next step in your career and earn a degree while gaining hands-on experience?
We're offering a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to join our client's team as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor . This role is ideal for someone who has spent a few years in the workforce and is now looking to build a long-term career in the construction industry.
What We're Looking For:
- Administration experience, ideally in construction or a related industry with transferable skills.
- A strong academic record (GCSEs, BTEC, or A-levels) suitable for university entry.
- A genuine interest in construction and career progression.
- Streetwise and proactive - someone who can hit the ground running.
- Willingness to commit to a 5-year part-time Quantity Surveying degree at ARU (Anglia Ruskin University).

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting dentists during clinical procedures
Cleaning, sterilising, and preparing instruments and equipment
Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment
Following strict infection control protocols
Assisting in the organisation of patient appointments and record management
Delivering exceptional care to every patient
What We’re Looking For
Either already enrolled on, or planning to begin, an accredited dental nursing course (e.g. NEBDN Diploma)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and professional attitude
Basic IT literacy
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A team-oriented mindset
Eagerness to keep learning and develop professionally
Ability to multitask effectively
