Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cabinet Maker located in Manchester. The Cabinet Maker will be responsible for building custom made cabinets for client orders and ensuring high standards of carpentry and woodworking are maintained. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting design plans, measuring and cutting materials, assembling and finishing cabinets, and collaborating with other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.
Qualifications
- Woodworking skills
- Experience in Carpentry and Cabinetry
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

The Role
We are seeking a qualified Bench Joiner or Cabinet Maker with a minimum of 3 years’ experience . You’ll work as part of a close-knit team in our West Lancashire workshop, fabricating high-quality, bespoke joinery to exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manufacture and assemble custom fireplace units, and cabinetry
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery with precision
- Maintain quality control and attention to detail throughout the process
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines
What We’re Looking For :
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Bench Joinery or Carpentry (or equivalent qualification)
- At least 3 years of hands-on joinery or cabinet making experience
- Full confidence in using all types of joinery tools and workshop machinery
- Ability to work from technical drawings with minimal supervision
- A strong team player with a good work ethic and pride in quality
